Lubbock ISD and the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce hosted the eighth annual Community Partnership Forum (CPF) last Wednesday at the Texas Tech McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center. Our community partners, campus admin, Board of Trustees, and student groups helped celebrate the city-wide efforts that support public education and Lubbock ISD.
One of the highlights of the event was celebrating our Partners in Education, recognizing the Lubbock Professional Fire Fighters Association as our Business Partner of the Year, Kingdom Come Ministries as our Community Organization Partner of the Year, and Chris Carpenter from Armstrong Plumbing, Air, and Electric as our individual partner of the year.
Thank you to all our community partners and Lubbock ISD staff and students for making this year’s CPF one to remember.
